Worship Opportunities

Contemporary Worship

Sundays at 8:30 a.m.

This worship service is considered somewhat informal. Everyone is encouraged to feel free to worship, no matter how they look or what they wear. The songs are usually much different than in the traditional service, and include contemporary artists and worship hymns that are more upbeat. The New Beginnings Praise Team is up on stage to perform and lead the congregation in song.

Traditional Worship

Sundays at 11:00 a.m.

This worship experience offers us time to grow deeper with some of the traditions of the church. We affirm ourfaith, usually with the Apostle's Creed. We celebrate the teachings of Jesus as we pray through the Lord's Prayer. Worship through song is guided by piano and occasional brass ensemble; we celebrate the richness of Christian hymnody.  Holy Communion is celebrated monthly. Movements in the Christian Calendar are observed, with special emphasis on the seasons of Advent and Lent.
